Dear Richard,
I'm writing to you about Mr. Ken Morgan
I just had a move and want to share my experience with you.
First, I would like to let you know how professional and personable Mr. Morgan has been in assisting me with my move. This was my second time moving with him and I will continue to work with Mr. Morgan for all my future moves. I have to move again in May. Because of my work, I use the moving service often, and it has always been a stressful process, however, Mr. Morgan was very patient in walking me through estimating my personal belongings so I was not later surprized with additional costs. I have many unusual size furniture and I was not about to measure everything but with his expertise he was able to guide me to comparing it to a common size furniture thus we were able to get a close as possible calculation (With other companies, I was later shocked with additional cost that I was not expecting without any sort of warning and also once I was not alloted enough space on the truck so I had to ship my belonging separately).
Another proof that he cared and is truly dedicated was he provided me with his personal number to call during off hours since I was having some dilemmas in the calculation process and I had to do it during non business hours. He was curtious and even though it was during his off hour he was able to guide me with all the patience in the world (I'm a highly tempered person and I always thought my husband had so much patience for me, but Mr. Morgan has even more patience.) With other companies, some were hard to reach even during office hours and take too long returing any calls.
Moving is a very emotional process, since one is entrusting all their personal belongings. Mr. Morgan has been very helpful and impeccable in his service to assist me. I feel as though he went beyond his scope as a salesperson to make a stressful process as stress free as possible.
I thank him for his service for he made me feel as though he really cared for my things and made me feel like he is my friend rather than just a salesperson. He proved to me that he is truly dedicated to his job and to his customers.
This is my first letter of this kind, however; I must let you know that I highly commend Mr. Morgan for he has been great in assiting me and I will continue to work with him for all my future moves.

Many thanks to Ken Morgan, Senior Moving Consultant at WeHaul Moving. He made what I thought would be a stressful move of my 89 year old mother from Alabama to Texas a plesent experience. I was especially pleased with the price of the move and that Mr. Morgan was always available for the many questions that I had. The movers arrived within an hour of their appointed time. They call me several times to give me updates on their progress in route. When they arrived they quickly surveyed the items and we were loaded within the hour. My furniture was delivered to Texas; unpacked to my specifications within 48 hours. My mother is settled into her new city with her things. I started out working with 10 movers, but settled on WeHaul. I am glad I did.

We had a perfectly great transition from Sarasota, Florida to Charlotte, N.C. From the initial contact from Ken, a very patient and comprehensive sales associate, to customer service with Sean and Ron to the actual transport company, Duntara, we had a super experience. I was naturally very nervous about the move, since we are all watching our dollars and hoping the our "stuff" gets there in one piece!!
