I'm writing to you about Mr. Ken Morgan I just had a move and want to share my experience with you.
First, I would like to let you know how professional and personable Mr. Morgan has been in assisting me with my move. This was my second time moving with him and I will continue to work with Mr. Morgan for all my future moves.
I have to move again in May. Because of my work, I use the moving service often, and it has always been a stressful process, however, Mr. Morgan was very patient in walking me through estimating my personal belongings so I was not later surprized with additional costs.
I have many unusual size furniture and I was not about to measure everything but with his expertise he was able to guide me to comparing it to a common size furniture thus we were able to get a close as possible calculation (With other companies, I was later shocked with additional cost that I was not expecting without any sort of warning and also once I was not alloted enough space on the truck so I had to ship my belonging separately).
Another proof that he cared and is truly dedicated was he provided me with his personal number to call during off hours since I was having some dilemmas in the calculation process and I had to do it during non business hours.
He was curteous and even though it was during his off hour he was able to guide me with all the patience in the world (I'm a highly tempered person and I always thought my husband had so much patience for me, but Mr. Morgan has even more patience.)
With other companies, some were hard to reach even during office hours and take too long returing any calls.
Moving is a very emotional process, since one is entrusting all their personal belongings. Mr. Morgan has been very helpful and impeccable in his service to assist me. I feel as though he went beyond his scope as a salesperson to make a stressful process as stress free as possible.
I thank him for his service for he made me feel as though he really cared for my things and made me feel like he is my friend rather than just a salesperson. He proved to me that he is truly dedicated to his job and to his customers.
This is my first letter of this kind, however; I must let you know that I highly commend Mr. Morgan for he has been great in assiting me and I will continue to work with him for all my future moves.

Many thanks to Ken Morgan, Senior Moving Consultant at WeHaul Moving. He made what I thought would be a stressful move of my 89 year old mother from Alabama to Texas a plesent experience.
I was especially pleased with the price of the move and that Mr. Morgan was always available for the many questions that I had.
The movers arrived within an hour of their appointed time. They call me several times to give me updates on their progress in route. When they arrived they quickly surveyed the items and we were loaded within the hour. My furniture was delivered to Texas; unpacked to my specifications within 48 hours. My mother is settled into her new city with her things.
I started out working with 10 movers, but settled on WeHaul. I am glad I did.

After several attempts to post correctly on the Better Business Bureau's website, I have decided to write you directly. It is my hope that you will be pleased, forward my e-mail to your direct supervisor and then, perhaps, forward to the BBB. I believe that what I have to say is worthy of sharing with you and We Haul Moving company.
I first met Ken Morgan within days of making my decision to move from the MN/ND/Canadian border to Boston, MA. He was not the first relocation specialist to call, but Ken was the first to speak to me in a way that I felt confident to trust him with my things. I, once, made a living as a freight broker. In conversation, I knew that Ken was a truck driver at one time. Hiring Ken would be a match made in Heaven.
From the moment that I threw a credit card number in Ken's direction, I relaxed. He knew that the MN area would be a bit out of the way to reach, but there again, he made solid decisions on my behalf. He knew that I needed help loading a truck; he supplied a phone number to help me in MN. He knew that I needed help in Boston; he arranged phone numbers to Labor Ready to make my transition comfortable for me. Before I entered the city limits of Boston, I had spoken with the dispatch office for the truck depot. The dispatcher took my number and promised to call the moment my freight hit the dock. Labor Ready had two gentlemen assigned to me and merely awaited my call. I live in a high-rise; we must reserve the freight elevator. Because of Ken Morgan's fabulous connections, everyone did exactly what was promised to me.
It was absolutely perfect! Anyone moving cross-country is aware of how things can go from perfect to tragic in moments. Under Ken's direction and the team of helpers that he personally recommended through experience, my move was flawless. Because I chose to place my trust in Ken Morgan and his company, I was free to sightsee a bit, seeing a few sights in Canada and New York that I always dreamed of seeing. I had no reason to worry about my things on the truck.
I am responsible for a few mistakes; the blame is all mine. I misread a bill of lading for my pick-up date. The trucking company worked with me to resolve my mistake over the Easter weekend. I truly believe that I could have been charged more for my mistake, but I was not. I boldly requested an early morning pick-up on the Monday after a holiday. I didn't think that it was possible. I was elated when a driver appeared at my door at lunchtime on that Monday. When he pulled out with my things, I left behind him, to begin my new life in Boston. Because of an early pick-up, I reached Wisconsin before dark.
I am not talking of a truck load of furniture. All I had was 4 foot of space. I was treated with utmost respect even with the small amount of things that I chose to move. There again, speaking with Ken helped me to see how I could save money within space requirements. My move would be affordable. I had a new sofa and a new bed that I didn't want to sell or give away.
I misread my credit card number when paying the last payment. That, too, was my fault. The billing department worked so patiently with me to resolve that problem. During the entire time, I was trying to finish packing, paying the last of MN bills. We Haul Moving was extremely sensitive to all things involved in a cross-country move. We all remained calm during a few hectic moments.
I chose to book early to avoid an increase in charges that would be certain over summer in all businesses. I moved my freight at roughly 50 cents/mile. At this rate, it was feasible for me to move what little I owned.
The only thing broken on an 1800-mile journey was one dish. It was one that I packed!
My life has taken some interesting turns here in Boston. One of the young men who helped me move also works for City View, a Boston tour company. We visit all of the time here near the wharf. Frankie gives me advice about Boston, where to go, who to stay away from. We speak Spanish a lot of the time. The other gentleman calls me occasionally, just making sure that I am O.K. and that my stay is going well. I even considered working for Labor Ready part-time because of the super treatment and respect given to me.
My son hopes to move to Boston in the fall. I have already told Ken that he has that move to make for my son, Houston to Boston. I told my son that I don't care what he has to move, it will be done correctly. "Ya see, son, mom has already done this journey once. Everything is in place for you now. I know who to trust and how it wil be done."
Hiring Ken Morgan and moving to Boston are two of my better decisions in life. Ken has been like a friend not just a man moving furniture.I appreciate all that you have done for me, Ken. You have been a great support for me, saying some kind remarks that I personally took as proof that I should continue my journey toward Boston. I, now, believe that I have found that job, the one that I believe I am here to find. I begin my ESL overseas certificate this weekend. I believe that I am headed abroad within the year. I suppose my next question, Ken, is, "Do you handle overseas moves?!"

Overall my experience was quite good. The WeHaul reps were great. As for YRC, both the driver that picked up my things in CA and the one who delivered them in FL were friendly and very helpful.
My only complaint is that the driver who dropped off the truck in CA on 12/17/09 (I never met him) did not call me when he arrived at my storage facility. I was in my storage unit at the time.
He just left the truck. Also he did not leave the agreed upon number of locking bars in the truck when he left, so I had to accompany the driver who came to p/u the truck the next day to the trucking facility to ensure that my stuff was secured properly.
A bit of a hassle, but my things arrived safely, so in the end, not a big deal. I would just suggest a little better communication between WeHaul and YRC.

We are so grateful that you contacted our son and told him about Wehaul. He had a reservation for a Uhaul truck and was going to drive it by himself from Winter Park Florida to Norwalk Connecticut.
When you contacted him and informed him all about Wehaul we were very pleased with not only the better price but that he would not have to drive all that way alone. And as you can imagine he was seriously relieved!
Thanks for taking care of all the details and spending time explaining everything so well and also for being available for questions anytime.We did not know about Wehaul before.
Our son arrived home safely after a 2 1/2 hour flight as opposed to a 2 day drive and his possessions arrive tomorrow. Everyone we talked to with Wehaul were informative and helpful.

WeHaul Moving assisted me whenever needed. The only inconvenience was that the first truck driver who came to New Jersey never called and told me he was on his way/close to me. I had to call the company myself to find out a more accurate arrival time as I was quoted he'd come between 10am and 5pm, which in my opinion is a very large time gap.
